The stage is being set for the epic battle of good and evil. As more bodies are found, Detective Carver realizes that there is much more happening in Sleepy Hollow. The strange symbols found by several bodies continue to haunt him. The long-rumored dark past of Sleepy Hollow is proving true and is on the cusp of being resurrected. It appears that there is a portal to Hell, located in Sleepy Hollow. Each horrifying death is weakening the bonds that have held this portal closed. The culprit of the descent into evil cannot do this by himself. To change Sleepy Hollow, Marc must be involved. His well-meaning bargain with the demon makes him an integral part of this evil. He still loves and misses Lori, but the demon’s influence is weakening him. Lori has been subjected to her mother’s domineering behavior. She decides that she must return to Sleepy Hollow to see Marc again, this time without her mother’s influence.

There is so much going wrong in Sleepy Hollow. Can anyone or anything turn the town from evil to good?

Each book in this series takes the reader deeper into the horrorfest that is Sleepy Hollow. Each victim’s death brings the arrival of evil closer. Tension continues to rise. While it is apparent that a final act will happen to unleash this evil, what could that act be? This book is about giving us the final pieces necessary to understand the culmination of the story. The stage is being set. Are you ready to proceed to the ending? I know that this author has an amazing finale planned!
