At the Wayward Reader blog, I promise to review each book with complete honesty. My reviews will be posted here with shorter versions posted on GoodReads, Amazon, and Twitter.

I rate books on a scale of 1 to 5 sunflowers (I’m from Kansas so go figure!). I have a great appreciation for the effort of authors and will highlight the good in each book even if I did not enjoy it. My reviews are my opinion of the book that I have read and never of the author as a person.

If you are interested in having me review a book for you, please send an email request to dviscosi830@gmail.com. I check my email daily and will respond accordingly. I accept printed books and eBooks. Authors that I have reviewed for previously will receive first priority and I will publish my Upcoming Reviews list weekly. Allow 2 weeks for me to read, review and post on a book.

I review fiction with a preference to the following genres:

Psychological thrillers, mysteries, historical, romance, Christian, and horror.

I will not review political, anti-Christian, self-published or erotic fiction.

I review books that I believe that I will enjoy, so most of my reviews have high ratings. I only put the books that I have enjoyed on my blog, the others can be found on my Good Reads review page. I know what I like.
